English for engineer

I am currently practicing with coding test sample on the site.

These exercise are written in English and these imitate actual coding test.

Some exercises are difficult to understand if you are not used to reading mathematical explanations in English.

So, if you consider working oversea as an engineer, you need to practice reading them.

Especially, I felt it when I read this exercise.

I’m not familiar with the phrase “that can be achieved”

私は今、コーディングテストのサンプル問題が掲載されているサイトの問題に挑戦しています。

これらの問題は全て英語で書かれ、実際のコーディング試験のような問題が用意されています。

これらのうち、いくつかの問題は、数学的な説明の英文を読み慣れていなければ問題文が理解しづらい内容が含まれています。

そのため、エンジニアが英語圏で働くことを考える場合、数学的な説明の文章を読む練習が必要です。

特に、私はこの問題を読んだ時にそう感じました。

“that can be achieved” という表現は、私にとってとても聞きなれない表現でした。
