my template of response : why you study English.

This is how I respond when I am asked the reason why I study English.

In my work, I often read some documents written in English.
So I thought it will help my work more efficiently that if I could read English documents the same as I read Japanese documents.
At my work , I have to keep up with how technology is evolving.
Some of documents aren’t translated into Japanese.
So that I have started studying English.

私の仕事は、英語のドキュメントを読む事が多々あります。
私は、英語ドキュメントを、母国語と同じ感覚で読む事ができたら仕事の効率が良さそうだな。と思うようになりました。
私の仕事柄、テクノロジーがどのように進化していっているか、常にキャッチアップをする必要があります。
それらの情報は、日本語ドキュメントが存在しない事も多いです。
そのついでに英語を勉強するようになりました。
