I posted the question on the overseas migration question service.
I got an awesome and useful answer from a Japanese engineer living in Sweden.

The answers are paid content, so I’m sorry I can’t write about them in details.
But I’ve found these questions are also very common when engineers move overseas!

先日は、採用面接の質問内容について、色々と教えてくれてありがとう。
その内容を海外移住質問サービスに投稿したら、スウェーデン在住の日本人エンジニアから、すごい有益な回答をもらったよ。
回答内容は有料コンテンツなんで、詳しく書けないのが残念だけど、これらの質問は、エンジニアが海外に転職する時も非常に一般的だという事は分かったよ！
