A restless child

My son seemed to have a cold, so my wife took him to hospital.
Then the nurse told him, “Oh! You are playing quietly today.”
I wonder how noisy he is usually?

息子くん、鼻水が止まらないんで病院に連れて行ったら、
「今日は大人しく遊んでるねー」
と言われたそうです。
普段、どんだけ騒いどんねん。
