Wife “Me too. I think everyone will forget it.
It was very hard at birth, but I can hardly remember it now.
Everyone forgets bad things and painful things. Maybe they just don’t remember the tightness of having small children.

俺「『子供は、あっという間に大きくなる』っていろんな人から言われるけど、アレ絶対嘘だよね。」

嫁「うん。みんな忘れてるだけだと思う。」

嫁「出産の時、物凄く大変だったけど、今、ほとんど思い出せない。
嫌な事・辛かった事は忘れるようにできてるし、多分みんな（小さい子供が居るときのキツさを）覚えてないだけだと思う。」
