I have seen this article.

When you ask the engineers to do some task such as a make a phone call and ask helps.
It will take xx minutes to get back the concentration.

But I can’t remember where I saw it.
I guess, it was searched by Microsoft
The researchers did it to some engenders chosen randomly for the search.

みたいな記事をどっかで見た気がするが、失念した。
