In Japanese in super Mario, there is a character called “Nokonoko”.
And it’s named Koopa in English.

However, “Koopa” is the name of other character in Japan.
The character whose Japanese name is “Koopa” is “Bowser” in English.

Actually Japanese name of koopa is named Bowser in English.

It’s very confusing for Japanese people.
