Today, for lunch, I decided to go to a Sri Lankan curry shop that I’ve always been interested in.
But, the restaurant open only on Sunday according to the website.
I thought it might be a mistake, so I called.
I got through, but the restaurant was not open.
He said, Sri Lankan chef had got COVID-19, but his sense of taste and smell does not return.
So, It seems that there is no prospect of reopen.
COVID-19 is very Scary!
And, I learnt it is a serious problem for some jobs.
お昼ごはんに行こうと思ってたスリランカカレー屋が、営業日が日曜日だけになってたので、「Webサイトの記載ミスじゃね？」と思って電話してみた。
一応、繋がったけど、今は営業してなかった。
スリランカ人のシェフがコロナにかかって、味覚と嗅覚が戻らないから、再開のめどが立ってないらしい。
コロナ、こえー！って思ったのと同時に、一部の職業の人にとっては、こんな致命傷になるんか！って思ったわ。
