The word “BTW.”

I learned initialism BTW stands for by the way from my previous tutor.
So I often used it in the emails.

But, my current tutor tought that we don’t usually use acronyms in the essays, but in emailing with friends and SNS.

Then I knew my previous tutor was friendly with me.


前の英語の先生から、「BTW(By the way)」という表現を教わったんで普通に使っていたけど、
今の先生からは「基本的に文章では略さず、友達とのメールやSNSの時のみ使います。」と教わった。

前の先生、そんな親しく接してくれてたのか。

So, I used it on a daily chat.
→So I often used it in the emails.

But, my current teacher tought that we usually don’t abbreviate the word, but only use it in emails and SNS with friends.
→we don’t usually use acronyms in the essays , but in emailing with friends and SNS.

I didn’t realize that my previous teacher was so close to me.
→Then I knew my previous tutor was friendly with me.
