Communication professional

The other day, in an English lesson online, I met a tutor with the job called “Telecommunication engineer”.

I guess it is a kind of engineer job.
But I didn’t know it in spite of being an engineer.

I’m not sure, but it feels like a middle ground between an infrastructure engineer and an electrician.

In short, it’s a communications professional.

But the tutor’s network went down 10 minutes into the session and he never came back.

Maybe, It’s his high quality joke.

先日、オンライン英会話で、”Telecommunication engineer” という職種の方に出会ったんだよ。
エンジニアの一種なんだろうけど、よく分かんなかったんで聞いてみた。
よく分かんなかったけど、インフラエンジニアと電気工事士の中間みたいな感じだ。
要は通信のプロ。
でも、その講師、開始１０分でネットワークが切れて、そのまま戻ってこなかったよ。
多分、彼なりの高度なギャグだな。
