Difficulty of remote work

I work remotely now.
I sometimes ask out companies to “Draw a diagram and explain it. Because it’s hard to imagine for me.”
But, some people who don’t draw even if I ask repeatedly.

On the other hand, Some people will draw it.
And I also try to draw.

I think this is one of the evaluation axis in remote work.

リモートワーク、「文字だけだとイメージしづらいから、図を書いて説明して」ってお願いしても、書いてくれない人は意地でも書いてくれない。
書いてくれる人はちゃんと書くし、自分も書くようにしてる
正直、これはリモートワークにおける評価の明暗を分ける材料になる気がする
