Uncomfortable self introduction

I always choose a Japanese tutor for online English lesson.
But, But I requested British teacher yesterday.

As soon as the lesson started, she said to me, “Please introduce yourself.”
I feel a bit uncomfortable. Because I was suddenly told that.
Also, her self introduction was only “I’m from UK”, I couldn’t keep a conversation going

あまりいい気分のしない自己紹介

私はオンライン英会話では、いつも日本人の講師を選択しています。
しかし、先日はイギリスの先生にお願いしてみました。
彼女は、レッスンが始まるとすぐに、私に「では、自己紹介をしてください」と言いました。
いきなりそう言われたので、私はあまりいい気分がしませんでした。
また、彼女の自己紹介は、「I’m from UK」のみで、特に話題が広がる事がありませんでした。
