For example,
“Could you get in line, please?”
“Don’t cut in!”
“Get in line!”
I guess “Could you get in line please?” is the safest.

今日、店のレジで割り込まれたんで、「こんな場合、英語では何て言うんだろ?」と思って調べたら、すぐに見つかった。
