Internet line in the Philippines

These days, I often meet online English tutor who has bad internet connection.
So, I’m fed up.

I became curious and investigated about it. It seems that the Philippines internet is slow as a whole country.

I choose Filipino tutors because I’m interested in Phillipines’ beach.
But maybe I should rethink.
