Hi, yes that is ok. I’ll be home most of the afternoon so just let me know by 10pm Japan time.
You can also change the dates. I’m free on Wednesday afternoon during the week.

In that case, what time is it okay? –> In that case, by what time should I contact you?最初の分だと、何時に授業をするのが大丈夫か？というような意味合いになってしまいます。
In some cases, is it possible to shift the dates? –> Or is it possible to shift the date? それとも、というようなニュアンスならorの方が自然
If I’m about to be late, I let you know.–> If I’m being late, I’ll let you know ですね。遅れそうだったら、という表現はこのニュアンスではあまり聞きませんので、遅れていたら”being late”の方が良いかと
