My motivation

My English teacher said to me as follow.

If you don’t feel motivated, sit down at the desk and start at 5 minutes.
The motivation will come in due course.

But I’m a slow starter, So it takes me about 20 minutes to get motivated.

「やる気が出ない？　とりあえず、机に座って５分やる所から始めよう！
やる気なんて、やってる間に出てくる！」

・・・みたいな類の言葉を時々聞くが、自分は超スロースターターなので、エンジンかかるのに２０分ぐらいかかる。

This is what my English teacher said : Even if you don’t feel motivated to do anything , you’ll get increased motivation 5 minute after you start doing it.
