Recently, my son(3 years old) is really into greeting a person he hasn’t seen.
If the response is favorable, he holds them his hands and walks together halfway.
Mainly for elderly people.
息子くん、見知らぬ人に「こんにちはー！」と声をかけて、好意的な反応を示してくれた人には手を繋いで、途中まで一緒に帰るのがマイブーム。

最初、「見知らぬ人」が単数なので、ずっと単数のほうが読みやすいかもしれません

→ respond と reaction の意味が重なるので、どちらかひとつ使うほうがよさそう（If the response is favorable, など）

→ ①小文字 he、
② hands の前は所有格、
③ hold と walk は三人称単数
Mainly elderly people.
→ 前置詞 Mainly to/for elderly people.
